Right now we're onboarding our first reviewers in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical — our founder, a licensed home-improvement contractor, is covering kitchen & bath and everything else himself. There is no open request in these three trades yet and requests are just starting to come in, so we won't promise volume. What we promise is the shape of the work and $50 per delivered opinion.

Claim what fits
Browse open requests in your trade and area, and claim the ones that suit you. No bidding, no competition — a request goes to the one reviewer who claims it.
Step 3
Deliver within 48 hours
Write a structured opinion — about 30–60 minutes of real work, on a clock that starts when you claim (working time, not waiting time).
Step 4
Get paid $50
Each delivered opinion pays $50 — paid on the weekly payout run, typically within 48–72 hours of delivery. Your public rated profile grows with every delivery.

Flat and fixed. The homeowner pays $75; you keep $50. There's no other money in the story — no fees to join, no commission on any work you do later, no upsells. You're paid after you deliver. Payouts are batched: you're paid on our weekly payout run, typically within 48–72 hours of delivering the opinion. Payout is per delivered opinion.
The beta exception, in plain words: a beta request is free to the homeowner, so it doesn't carry the $50 payout — while the beta runs, our founder (a licensed home-improvement contractor) handles those himself. Everything else here holds: paid requests pay $50, after delivery, on the weekly run.
Approval & the “Licensed & Verified” badge
Signup puts you in as pending review. A human admin — not a bot — checks your license against the public state board lookup and flips approval. Only approved contractors can claim requests, and only approved profiles carry the “Licensed & Verified” badge. Being straight with you: automated license verification is on our roadmap, not the present.

Every delivered opinion builds a public profile: license status, trade specialties, service area, and ratings — and ratings only ever come from real delivered opinions. Approved reviewers carry the “Licensed & Verified” badge. It's a reputation asset that's yours.

Missed deadlines auto-un-claim and return the request to the open pool, and the homeowner is notified so someone else can pick it up.

Is there actual work right now?
Not in your trade yet — we're brand new and requests are just starting to come in, so we won't promise volume. Our founder is covering kitchen & bath and other trades himself while the first HVAC, plumbing, and electrical reviewers get approved, so early reviewers get first claim when requests in their trade land. What we can promise is the shape of the work and the $50 per delivered opinion.
Whose project is that request?
Full disclosure — the first paid request on the platform, a Kitchen & Bath opinion, was posted by our founder to prove the payment and claim flow end to end with real money, and he's handling that trade himself for now. Your trade's requests will come from real homeowners — and every payout on them is real: paid on the weekly payout run, typically within 48–72 hours of delivery.
How does approval work?
You sign up with your license number and issuing state; you sit pending review until an admin checks the license against the public state board lookup and approves. Only approved contractors can claim. No automated verification yet — that's roadmap, not present.
What kinds of projects will I review?
One project in one trade — HVAC, plumbing, and electrical first. Whole-home renovations and new builds are out of scope, so every request is sized for one reviewer in one trade.
What if I claim and can't deliver in time?
The deadline is 48 hours from claim. A miss auto-un-claims the request and returns it to the open pool so another contractor can take it; the homeowner is notified. You're paid per delivered opinion, so the miss just means the request moves on.
Is this a lead-gen scheme?
No. The homeowner pays for the opinion; you get paid to write it. No referral fees, no commissions, no upsell on later work. The only money in the story is the $75 split $50 / $25.
